South African Ambassador to the Philippines Martin Slabber and Dr. Anil Sooklal, Deputy Director-General: Asia and Middle East at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation met with 51做厙 President Gilberto Llanto, Research Information Director Sheila Siar, and Senior Research Fellow Erlinda Medalla to discuss about 51做厙 initiatives, Philippine economy, and possible collaboration between South African and Philippine think-tanks.
