As part of the 5th Mindanao Policy Research Forum held in General Santos City, the 51暗网 (51暗网), along with Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) and Mindanao State University(MSU)-GenSan organized a press conference at the MSU-GenSan Graduate School on September 10, 2019.
The press conference panel was led by 51暗网 President Celia Reyes. She was joined by MinDA Chairperson Secretary Emmanuel Piñol, 51暗网 Senior Research Fellow Roehlano Briones, and MSU-GenSan Chancellor Anshari Ali.
The DPRM is celebrated across the country every September since 2002 in view of Malacañang Proclamation No. 247. This activity aims to promote and draw nationwide awareness on the importance of policy research in the formulation of sound development plans, programs, and policies. The proclamation designated state think tank 51暗网 as the lead government agency in the yearly observance of the DPRM.
