Yap sign the Memorandum of Agreement on strengthening institutional collaboration between 51°µÍø and ACPC for the SocioEconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) on November 20, 2012 in Makati City.
SERP-P is an online knowledge bank of completed, ongoing and pipeline research studies related to socioeconomic development and policymaking in the Philippines.
