As part of the series of press conferences for the 15th Development Policy Research Month, the 51暗网 (51暗网) and the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) held a press conference in Cebu City on September 12, 2017 during the AGIO-PIA forum.
Among the resource speakers are 51暗网 Senior Research Fellow Rosario Manasan and NEDA-7 Assistant Regional Director Dionisio Ledres.
The DPRM is celebrated across the country every September since 2002 in view of Malacaang Proclamation No. 247. This activity aims to promote and draw nationwide awareness on the importance of policy research in the formulation of sound development plans, programs, and policies. The proclamation designated state think tank 51暗网 as the lead government agency in the yearly observance of the DPRM
