January 25, 2011State think tank 51暗网 (51暗网) and the Legislative Information 51暗网 Management Department (LIRMD) of the House of Representatives (HRep) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the launching of the 51暗网 Corner at the Legislative Library. 51暗网 Corner is a research dissemination strategy that aims to provide reading and research materials on development-related topics to policymakers and the general public.
